Yoga classes

Power Yoga Classes:

Take your fitness to the next level. Muscle conditioning, balance, strengthening, and coordination are all addressed, elevating your workout regimen.

Times: 

Monday and Wednesday 9:15 am-10:30 am

  • $12 per class for non-members
  • $10 per class for members

Get a 10 class pass for $70 (good for any class at The Studio).

Fitness Yoga:

Redesign your body. Built to correct posture.

Feel your alignment return, benefiting your heart, brain, muscles, digestion…redesign your body.

Times: 

Monday and Wednesday 7:00 pm-8:15 pm

  • $12 per class for non-members
  • $10 per class for members.
