One time fitness consultations with a Physical Therapist:

This consultation is for healthy individuals who want to begin a comprehensive fitness program and desire instruction in proper use of machines as well as assistance in setting up a individualized fitness program. The member will meet one time with the physical therapist for 1 hour of instruction. (fee is in addition to membership fee)

Transitional Program:

This program is for individuals who have been in physical therapy and desire to continue with a fitness program after discharge through T-Fit. This program is a 4-week program where the new member meets with a physical therapy assistant to transition from their rehabilitation program to a long-term fitness program. Instruction in appropriate technique and exercise choices is included as well as assistance in exercise progression over time.

Ageless Agility:

This class is for anyone who feels that they are at a fall risk and would like to better themselves by strengthening their legs, core and upper body as well as practice balance activities. This class also helps anyone who wants to cut down their dependency of an assistive device such as a cane or a walker. Throughout each session we use objective tests to check levels of improvement over the duration of the session.

Ageless Fitness:

This class is for anyone who moves well independently but wants to preserve their strength and coordination and be challenged all at the same time. In this class we challenge your balance with many different interactive group exercises that are easily adjusted to your level of fitness. In this class we perform exercises that strengthen muscles without aggrevating pre-existing joint arthritis. This class is also a great continuation of Physical Therapy if you wish to maintain or even progress your strength after surgery.

Vinyasa Yoga Classes:

Take your fitness to the next level. Muscle conditioning, balance, strengthening, and coordination are all addressed, elevating your workout regimen.  Transform from fit, to ATHLETIC.  (Some yoga experience is recommended)

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Flow with Nicole is open to all levels.  Nicole’s intention for a yoga practice is tap into a flow together where students feel free to safely spend time moving and breathing. Classes will incorporate a balance of mindful breath work, slow stillness, rigor and strength building…all set to a sweet play list.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Fitness
