This one hour class is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. We will focus on stretching, strengthening, and utilizing the breath. This practice will help improve mobility and increase energy. Saturday mornings at 9:30 Am.

Come Learn the sweet science of boxing. I will introduce you to the basics including stance, footwork, the fundamentals of punches and combinations through drills and partner work in a safe, inclusive, controlled and fun environment.

Muay Thai teaches you how to use your full physicality in punches, elbows, knees and kicks through drills and partner work as well. These classes are appropriate for any experience level a great way to improve stamina, coordination, empowerment and self-defense!

One time fitness consultations with a Physical Therapist:

This consultation is for healthy individuals who want to begin a comprehensive fitness program and desire instruction in proper use of machines as well as assistance in setting up a individualized fitness program. The member will meet one time with the physical therapist for 1 hour of instruction. (fee is in addition to membership fee)

Ageless Agility & Fitness

This class is for anyone who feels that they are at a fall risk and would like to better themselves by strengthening their legs, core and upper body as well as practice balance activities. This class also helps anyone who wants to cut down their dependency of an assistive device such as a cane or a walker. Throughout each session we use objective tests to check levels of improvement over the duration of the session. This class is also a great continuation of Physical Therapy if you wish to maintain or even progress your strength after surgery.

Cardio Dance Class - CURRENTLY NOT HELD

In this one-hour fitness class like-a-party, you’ll incorporate footwork and body movements from a wide variety of dances including pop, hip-hop, Latin, Dancehall, and Bollywood, while working your brain simultaneously. Participants groove to the beat as they move their bodies like never before. You will start off with a slower beat, and then rev it up for a great workout/dance, varying intensities. 

  • $10 dollars per class; reduced rate for 1 month in advance purchase. Walk-ins welcome! Anyone can come, you don’t have to belong to the gym. Just drop in!
